Sunday Sit

Time: Every Sunday at 9:00am EST

Structure: 25-minute meditation (it will mostly be silent but I may offer some light guidance, thoughts or quotes at the beginning or end). The final 15-30 minutes will be a combination of awkward/beautiful silence and anybody sharing anything that is on top for them. This sharing could be about how you feel in this moment, a reading that inspired you, or your intention for the week. I will explain more at the sit. If there is too much silence, I have an assortment of Buddhist jokes that I will share.
