Animal Kingdom Meditation

An offering for kids ages 5-12:

Come explore the joy of mindfulness meditation through the lens of animals from the jungle, ocean, desert and sky! In this class we will learn how to practice mindfulness meditation, which research shows helps kids deal with difficult emotions, stay calm and focused, and be happy! Each week we will learn to be aware of our mind, breath and body through the lens of understanding different animals. In one class we may learn to release stress like a blowfish, hum like bumblebee, or breathe like an elephant. Fun, laughs, and learning for all!
