Course Information
Latest Mindfulness Group: March 18-May 6, offered through The Woolf Center.
The course will cover foundations of mindfulness meditation, dealing with common issues that arise, conceptual and philosophical understanding around how the practice improves our well-being, relevant scientific research, related supplemental practices, and application to our modern lifestyle.
Classes will include guided meditation and discussion among participants. There will be other optional group practice times.
It’s okay if you cannot make all of the classes, just let me know and I’ll work with you to make sure you have all the content you missed.
Class will be conducted via Zoom.
The course is suitable for those with no to moderate experience.
The course is secular but will at times refer to Buddhist philosophy or teachings. It is open to people of all faiths and does not require any religious or ideological beliefs.
