Online Retreats
Insight Meditation Society (Barre, MA) – considered the premier and pioneering Insight Meditation Retreat center in the U.S., founded by Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg, and Jack Kornfield.
Barre Center for Buddhist Studies (Barre, MA) – an extension of IMS, offers its own slate of retreats that are often more technical and advanced than IMS.
Spirit Rock (Woodacre, California) – the sister center IMS, also routinely has the top teachers and retreat programming.
Daily and ongoing practice
Insight Meditation Community of Washington (Washington, DC) – has a full slate of online programs, including drop-in sits every morning, afternoon and evening as well as retreats and talks by Tara Brach. Sometimes I teach here.
Cambridge Insight Meditation Community (Cambridge, MA) – Has daily programming with good teachers including drop-ins and ongoing programs.
Vagabond Temple (Cambodia) - Has an array of online offerings on topics including Buddhist text studies, yoga, meditation, Reiki and a general online community group that continually gets content.
